Sharing the Story of Christmas with Orphans

Every month a team from Light of Hope goes to two orphanages to share the gospel with them and try to meet their material needs. This month we came to celebrate Christmas. Olga and Alla joined us this time from the children’s ministry at Good News church. They put together a very good program with different games and skits, all teaching the story of Christ’s birth. It was a good fun time. Then we gave them gifts.

Christmas at Light of Hope Church

Light of Hope church celebrated Christmas this year in an entirely different way. It was great fun! The Russian Christmas is on the seventh of January, so for our Sunday service, on the eighth, we had a party. Abner gave a message about Jesus’ birth and what it means for this world. All donations that are are tax deductible and a receipt will be sent after every donation. ICM does not receive any part of the donations , 100% of goes to us to live and minister in Cherepovets, Russia. If you have prayed about it and feel lead to take part in our ministry financially, there are two ways you can do it:

1. Send in your donation online at our ICM website: www.icmbible.org, just make sure that you designate the gift to Nathaniel Houlmiere,

2. Or if you prefer you can send a check to headquarters in Redlands, CA. (Our ICM headquarters are in Redlands, but mail is received in Mentone.) Make the checks payable to “Intensive Care Ministries” and write “Nate – Russia” in the memo.

If you already give donations to a church that supports us, then you can either continue to give your donations to the church or you can give directly to ICM; the end result will be the same. All the funds will be sent first to ICM headquarters, and then to us.
